OUTDOOR LEG SESSION!
no equipment needed (except a bench, rock or anything that you can step up on)
Using a bench/ledge or whatever you can find do:
10 x step ups each leg
10 x jump squats
10x pulsating lunges each side
50-10 m sprints
repeat 3 to 5 times! It is a killer!
