Easy workout

So happy to be back on my favourite long walk track around Albert Park in Melbourne! Don't feel like going to the gym? Try this super easy workout that Nick did with me:

 

The total walk is about 5km but you can switch the time walking/circuit up to whatever you feel like. Since I was super lazy yesterday we only did one break with circuit at 2.5km but you can easily break your walk up into how many sections you want depending on how many circuits you want to do. 

 

Power walk 2.5km

30 seconds walking lunges

30 seconds plank

30 seconds squats

30 seconds ab crunches

 

1 min break

 

Same round four more times. 

 

Slow walk 2.5km

 

Using time instead of number of reps ups the intensity of the workout, try to keep at 100% throughout the 2 minute rounds!
