So little yoga practice and a lot of sitting hasn't been great for my back. And with that - a weak core.
My go-to: PLANK. Switch is up, dip the hips, lift the feet. Anything to get you off balance and engaging your core! Its not about a six pack but to build up the strength to hold your back up, sit straighter and less pain. Someone ones told me they put a 30 min sit-com episode on and stay in plank the whole time.. I am definitely not there but maybe the goal should be to make it to the first ad break??
